The beef burger is like restaurants


  • Burger bread: 4 pieces (cut in half)
  • Minced meat: 1 kilo
  • Rusk: 1 tablespoon
  • Eggs: 1 piece (scrambled)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Spices: 1 teaspoon (Arabic)
  • Black pepper: half a teaspoon
  • Garlic powder: half a teaspoon
  • Onion powder: half a teaspoon

Burger Filling Ingredients:

  • Lettuce: 4 leaves
  • Mayonnaise: 1/3 cup
  • Tomato: 1 piece (cut in circles)
  • Onion: 1 piece (circled)
  • Mozzarella cheese: 4 slices

How to prepare

  1. In a bowl, place the ground meat, rusk and eggs, then season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and Arabic spices.
  2. Stir the ingredients well until they overlap.
  3. Shape the meat mixture into patties of equal size and thickness, then put them for about half an hour in the refrigerator.
  4. In a large frying pan over a medium heat, heat the vegetable oil and fry the meat pieces in it, stirring occasionally, until they are done on both sides.
  5. Grease the bottom burger bread with mayonnaise.
  6. Top with lettuce, then a piece of meat, mozzarella cheese, onions and tomatoes.
  7. Cover the burger with the bread top.
  8. Repeat the previous steps until the quantity is finished.
  9. Serve hot.
