Spicy Fried Chicken Without Eggs

Ingredients

  • Garlic powder: 3 teaspoons
  • Black pepper: 3 teaspoons (freshly ground)
  • Chili sauce: 2 tsp
  • Chili: a tablespoon
  • Flour: 500 grams (white)
  • Oil: copious (for frying)

How to prepare

  • Dry the chicken and stir in vinegar.
  • Grind the herbs using a pestle and mortar to release the flavors.
  • Add spices, beat more, mix well, and prepare to use.
  • Take 3 tablespoons of herbs and spices and coat the chicken pieces well.
  • Add the curd, mix, and leave for at least two hours at night.
  • Mix the remaining amount of spices and the mixture of herbs with flour.
  • Drain the chicken, then coat it with flour.
  • Fry the chicken in heavy oil for 15 minutes (in two batches) and serve hot.
